THE COYOTES SIZING IS VISIBLE IN OUR SIZE GUIDE, THESE MEASUREMENTS REFER TO BODY MEASUREMENTS AND NOT TO THE ACTUAL GARMENT.
Do I have to create an account to make an order?
No, you are not obligated to create an account. THERE IS A GUEST CHECKOUT AVAILABLE.
However YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE BENEFITS OF CREATING AN ACCOUNT.
How do I make an order?
Select the product(s) of your liking, make sure you select the correct size and color. Items will appear in your shopping basket.
When you have finished shopping you continue to check-out and fill in the shipping details.
Once you have completed the payment, your order will be processed!

No, unfortunately not. Your order will be processed as soon as the order is confirmed.

What is the delivery time?
Every order placed before 2PM on Monday - Friday, will be shipped the same day.
Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Where can I find the shipment status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace number to track the status of your order.
Returns & exchanges
How do I return a product?
Items returned to us have to be in perfect condition, with tags still attached and accompanied by a completed return form.
IF, your order was above € 250 (zone 1 and Zone 2) THERE IS A UPS PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL IN THE BOX.
PLACE THE UPS PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL ON THE BOX.
CONTACT UPS FOR A COLLECTION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE OF YOUR ORDER.
IF, YOUR ORDER IS UNDER € 250 PLEASE FOLLOW BELOW INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the item(s) and the completed return form in the original shipping box, or use an alternative solid packaging method.
2. Close securely.
3.. Take the package to your nearest post office within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.

How can I exchange a product?
You can exchange an item for the same item if there is defect, or for a different size or colour.
This can be indicated on the return form that is included with your order. Unfortunately, this depends on the availability.
To exchange an item for a different product we kindly ask you to place a new order.
The process of exchanging an item is the same as returning (link) an item.
How many days do I have to return or exchange my product?
You will have 14 days from the day that you have received your order to return a product.
